ie8 prevents navigatetourl open new pages

If you are struggling with the annoying behavior of
Internet explorer on windows with popup blocker at default security
level. You’d better revise the wmode of your embedded object.
Assuming you want navigateToURL to open HTML page with target
_blank wmode must be, excuse redundancy, window. Resuming: Ie
blocks navigateToURL(“xxxxxxx”,”_blank”) ? Try with:
Wmode=”window”
